Rob Pausmith

Founder & CEO of Pausmith Group
Rob’s journey into the world of entertainment, hospitality, and events began at just 17 years old, when he stepped into the industry at the iconic House of Blues immediately after graduating high school. Under the mentorship of famed publicist Michelle Steinberg, Rob gained firsthand experience in the world of celebrity relations, cultural programming, and high-profile events. This early exposure ignited a deep passion for creating experiences that resonate, setting the foundation for a career defined by innovation, precision, and heart.
He went on to work at the legendary music industry publication Radio & Records, under industry heavyweight Tony Novia as Assistant CHR Editor. There, Rob played a key role in producing some of the most prominent conventions of the era, hosting major figures including President Bill Clinton, Stevie Wonder, The Eagles, John Mellencamp, Alicia Keys, Stevie Nicks, Christina Aguilera, and Steven Tyler. When Radio & Records was sold to Billboard, Rob transitioned into national radio promotion and touring with Priority Records, working alongside music legends such as Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Ice Cube, Mack 10, Xzibit, and the No Limit family. He also led campaigns for cult classic films like Friday and Next Friday, and championed cutting-edge hip-hop through Rawkus Records, representing game-changing artists like Mos Def, Black Star, Pharoahe Monch, and Talib Kweli.
With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and event industry, Rob has become a trusted and seasoned professional, known for his impeccable taste, bold creative vision, and deep understanding of the nuances that make events unforgettable. His ability to seamlessly orchestrate everything from large-scale brand activations and corporate galas to intimate, elegant weddings has earned him the highest respect from peers and clients. Rob’s reputation for excellence stems from his unique talent for marrying thoughtful design with flawless logistics and from his deep commitment to ensuring that every guest feels seen, valued, and inspired.

Marcel Vigneron

With over 30 years of culinary expertise, Marcel Vigneron has dedicated his career to exploring gastronomy and pushing the boundaries of culinary innovation. A globally recognized chef, he gained fame as a Top Chef finalist and has competed on Iron Chef, Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Tournament of Champions and more, recently winning Food Networks 24 in 24: Last Chef Standing..
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Marcel has worked all over the globe with world-renowned three-star Michelin-rated chefs, including Joël Robuchon (named "Chef of the Century" by the Gault Millau) and Michael Mina (awarded “Best Chef of 2002” by the James Beard Foundation during the time of Marcel’s employment). Marcel also spent time in Barcelona, Spain, where he took classes at El Taller, the atelier of famed Chef Ferran Adrià of El Bulli restaurant, which was named the top restaurant in the world in 2007 by Restaurant magazine. Marcel worked under Humanitarian and Chef José Andrés as the Executive Sous Chef of The Bazaar at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, which received the first 4-star review by the LA Times in five years and has also helmed the kitchens of some of LA’s Hottest Hotels and Restaurants such as Wolf, The Chateau Marmont, the Beverly Hilton, and Lemon Grove Rooftop Restaurant on top of The Aster.
Marcel currently resides in Malibu, California, and is a proud family man— both a husband and father. He produces experiential events, lends time to philanthropy, and creates unique content.
